Established in 2019
After years of preparation, APT’s partners decided to establish this thermal spraying company in 2019.
APT is new, but we stand at a high starting point and introduce a full set of spraying equipment and coating testing equipment, including 7700, JP8000，9935, BP400, and grinding and polishing machines of Struers company. The purpose is to provide customers with high-quality and all-round thermal spraying coating services.
In 2017, Steven, a partner of APT, established King-Tech blades factory, which was quickly recognized by the market because of its outstanding wear resistance. After 2019, APT officially acquired King-Tech scraper factory

HVOF coating
No.1 spraying room of APT is equipped with JP8000 computer closed-loop controlled fuel supersonic flame spraying (HP / HVOF), which is produced by Praxair in the United States. It can spray shafts with a diameter of less than 2 meters and a length of less than 4 meters, balls with a diameter of less than 2 meters, plates or heterosexual parts with a length of less than 4 meters and a width of less than 2 meters.
Plasma coating
APT’s No. 2 spraying room is equipped with 7700 computer closed-loop controlled plasma spraying, which is produced by Praxair in the United States. The spraying room is equipped with ABB six axis robot. APT is especially good at spraying ceramic coatings, such as alumina, chromium oxide and zirconia.
Arc-wire coating
For a long time, arc process spraying has been widely used in large-scale surface anti-corrosion, conductive and magnetic conduction because of its flexible construction and high-cost performance.
APT’s BP400 wire-arc equipment spraying system can produce high-quality copper, aluminum, zinc, and other coatings.
Ceramic doctor blade
APT has its own doctor blades production line. Steel plate pre-cutting, HVOF spraying, blade machining, inspection and packaging to achieve standardized production.
APT cermet creeping blade has high wear resistance. Compared with the traditional carbon steel scraper, it increases the service life cost and effectively reduces the equipment shutdown time.

In the production and R & D practice of thermal spraying, APT engineers have worked closely with consumable suppliers and accumulated a lot of experience in balancing high-quality coating and cost control.

APT provides thermal spraying coating processing services, sales of customized creeping baldes for tissue making machine, masking tape, powder sales and coating development business.
Thermal spraying uses a certain heat source, which can be fuel, arc and ionized gas. The powder or wire is heated to make it molten or semi molten. These materials are accelerated and impacted by compressed air flow to form a coating with qualitative energy on the metal surface to be treated.
