The company specially built a production line with an annual output of 20 tons, purchased HVAF equipment of kermetico company in the United States for the production of scraper coating, and equipped with ABB manipulator for automatic production. It is equipped with 12 high-precision grinding machines to meet the requirements of all angles and the target production capacity. Each link of the production line is meticulously built for the production of ceramic scrapers. The degreasing equipment before spraying, surface sandblasting equipment, and scraper packaging equipment are very reasonable.
